Future Partnerships

Help us build the foundation forWarehouse Buddies.

Warehouse Buddies is currently in the concept, planning, and relationship-building stage. We are seeking mission-aligned partners who can help turn a vision for meaningful work, vocational rehabilitation, and inclusive fulfillment into a responsible two-year startup plan.

Why Partner With Us

This is more than a funding request. It is an invitation to help build a model that can last.

Warehouse Buddies is being designed as a real business with a clear mission: custom products, merchandise fulfillment, and light production that can create practical work and vocational opportunities for autistic adults with varying support needs.

We know that an idea of this size cannot be built by one person alone. It will require experienced operators, generous space partners, equipment experts, manufacturing advisors, international sourcing knowledge, public-funding guidance, mission-aligned donors, and early customers willing to help us learn.

Our purpose is to bring the right people to the table early—before we open a facility—so the first phase is thoughtful, safe, sustainable, and grounded in real operational knowledge.

Areas Where Help Can Make a Real Difference

Six ways to help make the dream operational.

We are looking for practical relationships, not one-size-fits-all commitments. A conversation, introduction, donated resource, advisory role, or pilot opportunity may be exactly the contribution that helps move Warehouse Buddies forward.

01

Startup Warehouse Space

Help us secure a safe, accessible home for the first phase of Warehouse Buddies.

We are seeking donated, subsidized, or in-kind warehouse space in the Las Vegas area. A 1–2 year startup lease would give us room to test workflows, establish accessible workstations, begin small-batch production and fulfillment, and learn before expanding.

Warehouse Startup & 3PL Experience

Bring practical operating knowledge to a mission-driven launch.

We welcome people who have started, operated, or scaled warehouses, fulfillment centers, e-commerce operations, or third-party logistics services. Your experience can help us build realistic workflows, inventory practices, quality checks, shipping routines, and a controlled pilot operation.

Manufacturing Equipment & Procurement

Help us identify the right equipment for a safe, scalable startup.

Warehouse Buddies plans to begin with custom products supported by light manufacturing, printing, personalization, assembly, and fulfillment. We are looking for people who can help us source, evaluate, donate, lease, or procure equipment that is reliable, practical, and appropriate for a small launch.

04

International Vendor Relationships

Help us build responsible supplier relationships before we scale.

We are interested in working with people who have experience sourcing products from China, India, and other international markets. We value help with samples, product quality, communication, lead times, freight, customs, compliance, and dependable vendor relationships.

Founding Capital & In-Kind Support

Turn an important idea into a responsible, prepared launch.

Startup funding will be necessary to secure space, obtain equipment, create accessible workstations, purchase initial inventory, establish software, insure the operation, and build a trained team. We welcome conversations with donors, sponsors, mission-aligned investors, and partners who can offer financial or in-kind support.

Grants, Loans & Community Development

Help us navigate funding programs that can advance inclusive employment.

We seek partners with local, state, and federal grant, loan, workforce-development, vocational-rehabilitation, nonprofit, disability-inclusion, and community-improvement experience. We want to identify responsible funding paths that can help us create a sustainable program for autistic adults and their families.

A Responsible Two-Year Path

Build carefully. Test thoughtfully. Grow with purpose.

The timeline is a planning target, not a promise. The pace will depend on facility availability, funding, partnerships, approvals, and the quality of the operational foundation we are able to build.

Months 0–6

Build the foundation

Confirm core advisors, identify a workable facility path, refine the operating plan, and establish the partnerships required for a responsible startup.

Months 6–12

Prepare the pilot

Secure initial equipment and vendors, develop accessible workflows, create training materials, and prepare for small-scale production and fulfillment.

Months 12–24

Begin test shipping

Launch carefully selected pilot relationships, test small-batch fulfillment, learn from real orders, and build toward a sustainable employment model.

Start the Conversation

Tell us how you would like to help.

Whether you can offer space, professional experience, equipment guidance, funding support, vendor relationships, public-funding expertise, or a future test-shipping opportunity, we would value the chance to connect.

No immediate commitment is required.

This form is for people who would like to be part of the early conversation as Warehouse Buddies moves from concept to pilot operation.

We will use the information you provide only to follow up regarding Warehouse Buddies partnership opportunities.
